How do I get the most flavor in my coffee?
If you are making a carafe of coffee, add a half-cap of Spice n Nice to your coffee grinder along with your coffee beans to get the most bold and potent flavor. Grind it up and enjoy your coffee.
You can also add Spice n Nice to already ground coffee beans. Add as much or as little as you would like.
Can I use Spice n Nice in my espresso?
Sure can! Grind the coffee beans along with Spice n Nice and proceed with you espresso making magic as usual.
Can I add Spice n Nice to my tea?
Of course! Add Spice n Nice to your tea leaves and enjoy! Or, fill up a tea bag with as much Spice n Nice as you’d like.
Can I add Spice n Nice to a mushroom coffee alternative?
Of course, do note that you will have some floating herbs, spices, and flowers in your drink. It is kind of cute, though!
Can I add Spice n Nice to my French press?
Sure can! Grind the coffee beans along with Spice n Nice and proceed with your usual French press method. Since a French press allows time to steep the coffee ground along with Spice n Nice, you can just add Spice n Nice to your already ground coffee.
Can I make cold brew with Spice n Nice?
Sure can! Grind the coffee beans along with Spice n Nice and proceed with your usual cold-brew method.
Can I add Spice n Nice to instant coffee?
Of course, do note that you will have some floating herbs, spices, and flowers in your drink. It is kind of cute, though! You can also use any type of infuser or strainer if you prefer.
Can I make a cocktail using Spice n Nice?
We like the way you think! You sure can. Steep Spice n Nice with your spirit of choice, we recommend sticking to clear liquors for best flavor. Or sprinkle a bit of Spice n Nice over your cocktail or on the rim of your glass for extra flavor.
Does Spice n Nice have caffeine in it?
Nope! Spice n Nice is made of spices, herbs, and flowers, none of which have caffeine.
Is Spice n Nice sweet?
The sweetness is very mild if you use the recommended amount. The natural sweetness comes from birch xylitol or molasses depending on which flavor you purchase.
How many calories are in Spice n Nice?
Zero calories per serving.
Can I add Spice n Nice to food?
From smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, and your pre-workout smoothie, you can add Spice n Nice to anything that needs more flavor.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship? Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii/APO addresses?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We can also ship to US P.O. Boxes and domestic military bases. At this time, we do not ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses or international addresses.
What is your shipping policy? How long does shipping usually take?
At this time, we offer standard shipping (up to 7 business days) for a flat rate of $5 per order. Orders of $45 and over will receive free shipping.
Our turnaround time is currently 2-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirming e-mail when your order ships. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, at this time, we are not able to offer expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not yet, but we are exploring international options! Stay in touch by signing up for our e-mail updates.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for our products due to health code regulations. We hope you love Spice ’ Nice, but we recognize that sometimes deliveries get damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture right away and email us at orders@spice-n-nice.com. If you received Spice n Nice as a gift and there is an issue with breakage, we can either replace your bottle or refund the cardholder on file.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
You can modify or cancel your subscriptions anytime. There is no obligation. Subscriptions are renewed automatically according to your selected delivery interval and your order will be fulfilled after each successful renewal. The system will automatically charge your provided method of payment. Your subscription will be in place for a minimum of two billing cycles (your initial order included) until you change or cancel your subscription. If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel a subscription in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order. You can also send us an e-mail to cancel your subscription by providing the name and e-mail on your account, or e-mailing us a copy of your subscription order that you would like to cancel. The only time a subscription can't be cancelled is if you have not yet reached a minimum of two billing cycles. Your initial order is included in this threshold.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause a subscription in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order. Your subscription will automatically be paused if billing attempts fail 3 times.
